Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the UK.
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We've tried to keep the prices down as much as possible and offer a standard delivery charge of £6.00 for customers that are happy to receive their items between 3 – 5 days. However, some items may be received next day. Please contact us should you wish to confirm delivery timescale.

What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
No. If your order consists of several items these may be despatched across multiple deliveries, however delivery is charged only once per order.
What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?
The courier that delivers your order will leave a card to confirm that they have attempted to deliver your order. You may be able to call to arrange a more convenient delivery day or track your order online. Distributed Sound & Video shall not be liable for further delivery and collection costs where you fail to take delivery at the given delivery address, and after reasonable notification to you that delivery is being attempted, by the Courier. If delivery is impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, then we may cancel your order and deduct the additional delivery charges from your refund.
Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order within 7 days after receipt of your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order. You have 30 days from receipt of goods to return your order or part of your order.
What happens if the goods I receive are damaged?
We advise that you inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If you discover that the goods are damaged you may notify us within 3 working days by emailing: orders@dsavltd.co.uk. If you fail to inform us that the goods are damaged within 3 working days you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods should be returned to Distributed Sound & Video. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Returns
What’s your return policy?
You can return your order for any reason at any time within 7 working days after the day you receive it, for a full refund (including delivery charges, if any) except return postal charges. If you wish to cancel an order placed with Distributed Sound & Video Ltd please email: orders@dsavltd.co.uk before delivery. Alternatively, you may return the goods along with the completed Returns Form within 7 working days of receipt. This is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Goods must be returned by you at your expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
