Our step-by-step approach ensures that users refresh and learn new skills at a pace that suits them, enabling the optimum performance of your AV system.  As part of our outstanding after sales support, we will contact you at a later date and arrange a site visit, if required, to ensure that you are able to utilise your products to their full potential.  And of course free guidance and advice is available via email and telephone to answer any questions you may have about the operation of your system.

HOME SET-UP SERVICE

Our Home set-up and training service for residential clients ensures the quick, efficient connection of your products, and immediate use.  Our step-by-step approach will ensure that you are able to understand your new products and use them to their full potential.  As part of our excellent after sales support, we will also provide free guidance and advice via our email and telephone helpline to answer any questions you may have about the operation of your system.

The Home set-up and training service is free for Distributed Sound & Video Ltd customers that have purchased a system installed by us into their home. This service is also available to customers that have not purchased their products from us, please contact us for further information and pricing.
